What is the definition of Holistic Spirituality?
I’m on a quest to find out all I can about spirituality. I am not searching for an organized religion. I stumbled upon this term and I can’t seem to find out what it is all about.
Holistic is: EX: If you drop a grain of salt into a tank of water doesn’t its movement to the bottom effect all the water? Hollistic means all things effect everything. On this level your thoughts and deeds are shared by all on this plane.
Spirituality is: EX: The fourth dimension. Trying to tap into that dimension by meditation or other things. The Rosicrucian’s use this philosophy, you might check them out. The Cabala is also another source.
