how do you define ‘spirituality’?

I see people have different concepts of spirituality.
me, as atheist, Define Spirituality as a state of awareness of one’s own feelings, when we reach pleasure and acknowledge that pleasure and try to reach that pleasure through mind exercise or when we experience fear and we know what we are feeling at that moment or we analyses it. it’s like reasoning the feelings, or searching for comprehend its mechanism in our lives, nothing supernatural, but rather natural, concrete, real and human, not complex or unknown, but very simple and understandable.
so, to you, what best describes spirituality?
